A woman has been transported to hospital following a single vehicle incident at Stromlo.
ACT Ambulance Service and ACT Fire and Rescue crews have now cleared the scene at Cotter Road.
Firefighters worked quickly and carefully to free the woman from her car before paramedics then transported her to hospital for further medical assessment.
ACT Policing will remain on scene to conduct further investigations.
One lane on Cotter Road has reopened and motorists are advised to take care when travelling through the area.
