Woman taken to hospital after three-vehicle crash on M32

A person has been taken to hospital after a three-vehicle crash on the M32 last night.

The motorway was temporarily shut outbound at 10.15pm while emergency services attended the crash.

In a statement, Avon and Somerset Police said the person's injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

The force said: "A road closure was temporarily put in place on the M32 outbound at around 10.15pm yesterday (Friday, December 10) while emergency services attended a collision involving three vehicles.

"One person was taken to hospital with injuries that are not thought to be life threatening/changing."

On other news, armed police were called to a fight at a pub in north Bristol in the early hours of of Friday (December 10).

Police attended The Anchor on Gloucester Road at around 12.20am following a report of an altercation between a small group of men.

Armed officers were deployed due to a report of a weapon being present, with a knife found near the premises recovered by police.
