A woman has been taken to hospital following a collision between two cars today in Bolton.
Police were called to the busy junction of Manchester Road, Bradshawgate and Trinity Street at 4pm following reports of the crash.
Emergency services attended and a woman was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure after suffering minor injuries.

Enquiries are ongoing and no arrests have been made, say Greater Manchester Police.
Anyone with any information should contact the police quoting incident 2183 of 15/09/21 .

The junction of Manchester Road, Bradshawgate and Trinity Street is known to be one of the busiest in Bolton.
Meanwhile, Transport for Greater Manchester took to Twitter to warn commuters of disruption round the scene, which is near to Bolton Interchange.
They said some lanes are closed, and appealed for users to approach with caution
TfGM also warned of delays to local bus services with advice for travellers to check with the operator.
