We all love the feeling of being bronzed, especially ahead of the weekend.
But applying fake tan can be a bit of a nightmare.
You might have exfoliated, moisturised and buffed to your heart's content, but orange palms and knuckles are a dead giveaway that you haven't actually spent two weeks sunning it up somewhere exotic.
Thankfully, the girls at bBold, have solved all our tanning problems and have shared their hand tanning routine on their TikTok ( @bbold ).
In a video that has been viewed more than 1.6 million times, they demonstrated the 'claw' technique which they say is the secret to streak-free hands.
The girls wrote: "We all know someone with orange hands.
"Here’s our top tips for the perfect hand tan routine."

The video began with a side by side of the girls' hands - one that had been given the once over with tan and one that hadn't - and there were no orange knuckles in sight.
"Your hands aren’t supposed to be orange," the on-screen text read.
"So we’re sharing our hand tan routine.
"First apply moisturiser prior to tanning if you have dry hands.
"Use a body buffer to brush minimal product to hands in circular motions.
"Claw hands to ensure you don’t get white knuckles."
They also said: "Your hands do not need to develop the same length of time as your body tan," and that you should only let the product sit on the hands for around one to two hours.
Since being posted, the video has been liked more than 139,000 times and received 1,200 comments from thankful viewers.
One person said: "I've never seen a better tanned hand before in my life."
Another asked: "How should you rinse your hands after they develop without making a line on your arm from where you stopped? (if that makes sense)," to which the girls from bBold replied saying: "Tan your body first then 1-2 hours before you want to wash your body tan off, apply your hand tan."
A third tagged their friend and told them to "take lessons."
While someone else said: "This was really meant for me, thank you!"
