Woman suffers cuts to the face after being robbed by two men in Sherwood

A woman suffered cuts to her face as she was pushed into a wall and robbed by two men in Sherwood.

Nottinghamshire Police are appealing for information about the robbery in Valley Road, which runs past Nottingham City Hospital, on December 30.

Officers were called just before 5pm to a report that a woman had been approached by two men who asked her for money and then pushed her into a wall. She suffered cuts to her face.

It was reported that the two men left the scene of the incident on push bikes.

No arrests have been made and police are now appealing for information.
