A woman was rushed to hospital following a "serious" collision in Gateshead.
The multi-vehicle crash happened at the junction of Lamesley Road and Moor Mill Lane at around 5.20pm on July 15.
Police said a black Mercedes, a silver Nissan Qashqai and a red Mazda were all involved.

Officers and emergency services attended the scene and a female driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
An investigation into the incident has been launched.
PC Darren Lant, of Northumbria Police's motor Ppatrols department, is now asking for any witnesses to come forward.
He said: “This was a very serious collision which has left a woman with serious injuries.
“Our investigation into the circumstances around the collision is ongoing and we are keen to hear from anyone with information which might help us build up a clear picture of the moments which led up to this incident.
“If you were travelling on the road at that time please get in touch with us.
"We are especially interested in hearing from any motorists that may have dash-cam footage.”
