A woman allegedly stabbed her boyfriend to death after he called her 'overweight' and wouldn't let her buy ice cream.
The suspect was reportedly arguing with her boyfriend when she attacked him on a street in Zhumadia, central China.
Eyewitness reports claimed the man had stopped his girlfriend buying ice cream after saying she was already overweight.
The couple, who had only been together for 20 days, then began to argue, reports claimed.
Angered by the boyfriend's remarks, the woman then went into a nearby shop and bought some scissors before stabbing him , it is alleged.

Doctors tried to save the man but he died in hospital, according to reports.
The suspect was arrested by police after the incident on Wednesday.
