Woman sparks outrage after admitting going on 16 dates in a row just for food

A woman has been slammed online after revealing she went on 16 dinner dates in a row - because she was broke and couldn't afford to buy food.

TikTok user Mccall Brock said when she was in college she had “ran out” of money so would go on dates with men just to eat, as the Daily Star reports.

Instead of going hungry, she arranged to go on 16 dates for 16 days in a row so the men would pay the bill - making sure she saved cash but still ate.

Mccall shared her story online and it divided her followers, as some think she's a 'genius' and others say she was 'using' the men, and soon her confession had over 1.5million views.

She uploaded the video to the account @mccall_brock, and said: "In college when I ran out of money for food I went on a dating app and for 16 days I had 16 dinner dates in a row… girl gotta eat.”

In the comments, Mccall clarified: "To clarify all these men asked me out on dates."

Stunned at her ‘hack’ to get free food from her dates, many people fled to the comments to praise Mccall for her idea.

One person commented: "And that’s a business decision."

Another user praised: "A universal life hack."

Whilst a third person voiced: "No this is just called being a genius."

However, not everyone was so supportive of Mccall’s decision to go on dates just to get her dinner paid for. Some people felt like she was "using" the men.

One man slammed: "And this is why I don’t pay."

Someone else criticised: "I never did this. I feel like it’s using them, especially if their feelings are getting involved."

And, this user remarked: "Or you can get a job."
