Woman slams neighbour from hell who has stolen parking space 'hundreds of times'

A distraught woman admits she is 'on the verge of tears' due to a neighbour from hell who has stolen a parking space 'hundreds of times'.

The harassed homeowner claims her noisy neighbours' antics have had a 'hideous effect' on her mental health, with countless incidents being reported to the police including disturbing the peace and 'trashing' the outside of her property, reports the Mirror.

There are now dogs on the neighbour's property who are said to be causing a 'real mess' on the street, with 'the menace next door jumping on' her husband's car in one incident.

She took to Mumsnet to write: "My neighbour is awful. she's stuck things to our window, taken our parking spaces hundreds of times, loudly disturbed on purpose while I've had clients over, jumped on my husband's car, trashed the outside of our houses and had countless fights in the street at all hours, one involved smashing up a car.

"Most people on this street have either called the police, reported her to her housing association, or reported her to social services.

"I can't list everything as there's just so much but I hate our first home that we worked so hard for and it's having a hideous effect on my mental health."

It has come to the point the woman has even considering moving house.

She added: "Two days in a row, I've asked (told) her to block it up and come round and clear up the enormous piles these two are leaving.

"I'm at my wits end, I just want to move, and she refuses to take accountability. I've found myself fancying leaving the side gate open so the dogs can escape next time they come into our garden to teach her to keep them confined, or simply throw it over the fence on top of her half finished second hand conservatory that's been in progress for months."

But the community have offered solutions to deter the neighbours with clever ideas to stop the harassment.

One person wrote: "Just leave your side gate open."

While another stated: "I know it is their responsibility but I would put up a strong fence anyways. We had to do it, and the neighbour would not contribute to the cost. We put it on our side of the property line."
