Social media users have been left gobsmacked after taking a look at what appears to be a list of rules given to a helper or housecleaner.
The lengthy list was shared on Instagram, with very little context, but has left many furious that the person who wrote them is treating their employee "like a slave".
Shared by a user called @sgfollows all, the controversial list features 12 rules - including banning the employee from using the phone during work hours, not going outside without permission, bathing twice a day at set times and always ensuring that the house is clean.
Alongside the list, a list of other chores can be seen and a to-do list for each day of the week.

The employer wrote on the clip: "It took me 45 minutes to write all these rules and regulations and the helper to-do-list, can I include doing a cold call when you are free?"
Other bizarre rules include the worker not being allowed to lock their room, instructions to go to bed between 9:30 and 10pm and not wasting any electricity or water.
More than 20,000 people have watched the video and thousands have taken to the comments to criticise the employer.
One person wrote: "If between you and your helper is all about rules, regulations and money, you will never going to have a helper that helps you wholeheartedly! Treat anyone with respect and the way you want to be treated, the world will be a better place."
Another said: "Crazy. Did you lay down all these rules upon yourself when you don’t have a helper? If you can’t manage these housework and rules, what makes you think a helper can? To my knowledge a helper is also human like us, not robot."
A third replied: "This is so sad and disgusting."
Someone else posted: "She’s a maid not a slave.
"Modern-day slavery," proclaimed a fifth.
A different user added: "Wow, the helper is not your slave."
