Woman 'should be sentenced to life in prison' for washing chocolate off KitKat

There are a number of ways to enjoy a Kit Kat.

Some people break it in half before tucking into each bar individually, others bite off the chocolate and use it as a straw, while some prefer to see the world burn eat it whole.

But one woman's controversial method has left people furious.

A TikTok user who revealed that she washes the chocolate off her KitKat has been branded a "lunatic".

The woman explained that she's forced to rid the wafer of all of the milk chocolatey goodness because "it's way too sweet".

She washes the chocolate off (TikTok)

In a video she shared to TikTok, the woman could be seen running a Kit Kat under the tap to remove the chocolate.

"My boyfriend gave me these as a present," the narrator of the clip says.

"But the chocolate on them is way too sweet.

"So I wash it under hot water and you have a way healthier, delicious alternative."

Viewers were disgusted (TikTok)

She then zoomed in on the now soaking wet wafter - and it's safe to say viewers were less than impressed, reports The Sun.

One person called her a "lunatic".

While another fumed: "You should be sentenced to life with no chance of parole!!"

"Honestly, who hurt you?!" wrote a third.

Others said it was probably easier for her to buy plain wafers instead of going through the effort of ruining a perfectly good Kit Kat.

And one user speculated whether the woman was joking after she used the sound from another TikTok video - we sure hope she is.

What do you think of the way she eats her Kit Kat? Let us know in the comments below.
