A woman was wounded in a shooting Saturday in Douglas Park on the West Side.
The 28-year-old was sitting in a parked vehicle about 12:20 a.m. in the 1200 block of South Western Avenue when someone fired gunshots from a gray sedan, according to Chicago police.
She was shot in the right arm and abdomen and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where her condition was stabilized, police said.
No one is in custody as Area Central detectives investigate.
