A woman shot up a KFC because she was not given a fork and napkin with her meal, it is claimed.
Gunshots rang out at the Shelbyville KFC, in Kentucky, US, on Monday, as an irate customer opened fire on workers at the branch.
A social media post showing the smashed drive-thru window states: "This happen at KFC early today some women (sic) got made over paper towels and a fork and shot a 9 mm at workers in Shelbyville to day (sic)."
The Facebook post has been shared more than 11,000 times.
Police confirmed they were called to a report of a shooting at the KFC.
Charlene Witt, manager at a nearby Subway, told WLKY : "I had a regular customer come in and say 'Did you hear about what just happened at KFC?'.
"I was, like, 'No.' He was like, 'Someone just shot the window out over here.' I just can't even think about what was going through their head to pull out a gun and shoot at a window. It's scary."
It comes after a Florida man shot and killed his son-and-law after he leapt out of the bushes to surprise him on his birthday.
Richard Dennis, 61, shot Christopher Bergan, 37, outside his Florida home after his son-in-law had travelled from Norway to the US.
Police in the state won't charge the father-in-law - calling it a "horrible accident".
Mr Bergan had flown from Norway on October 1 to surprise his wife's dad for his birthday, and arrived late at night.
