A plane passenger has been slammed for putting up their bare foot on an armrest to the disgust of their fellow flyers.
The moment was snapped by fellow passengers and shared on Instagram, showing the foot resting comfortably by the window.
As the camera pans round, the female passenger who sits in front of them looks into the camera and appears unenthused.
She is seen holding a cup with her left hand and puttimg her arm on the armrest on the left.
An Instagram account dedicated to exposing vile plane passengers' behaviour shared the video, captioning it "So is hobbling still a thing?"
Followers were outraged and believe the behaviour was an offence to others.
One said: "Seriously, what grown adult does this with no remorse? " while another wrote: "How would someone even remotely find this okay to do."
Another one shared a similar experience and said they had to "stab the toes with the in-flight magazine" until the person reeled her foot back.
Some people suggested a prank to scare off the passenger, as one commented: "Whoopsie my scalding hot coffee has been spilled all over what should be my armrest."
Shawn Kathleen of Passenger Shaming, who is also a former flight attendant, told the Boston Globe what she would do if a bare foot is invading her personal space on place.
She said: "I wouldn't ask a crew member until you've exhausted trying to ask without causing a big argument because, obviously, you don't want this to be a huge issue."
