Woman shares skincare routine and her 'facial massager' has people cracking up

When it comes to skincare, everyone has their own tips and tricks and there's always some hot new product people are raving about.

One woman has gone viral after showing off the item she'd recently added to her daily skincare routine, as it's not what it appears to be.

In a clip on TikTok a user named Hillary ( @simply.hillary ), films herself innocently using a bright pink tool, which she calls a 'pore sucker', to wipe all over her face.

As reported by The Daily Star, Hillary claims the Amazon purchase, 'sucks and pulses' at the skin to really get the blood flowing.

"You can even turn on for more stimulation," she tells her followers. "It is amazing! It’s on Amazon, and TikTok made me buy it."

However, a number of concerned social media users were quick to tell her that it wasn't actually a facial massager she was using - it was a sex toy.

More than two million people replied to the video, with many correcting Hillary on the use of the item and cracking up over her supposed blunder.

"Girl it’s not for your face," replied one fellow TikTok user.

Another said: "Ma'am that suction is meant for another area."

"I don't think that's what it's really used for," shared a third.

However, plenty of others cottoned on to the fact that Hillary's video was merely intended as a joke.

A fourth person pointed out: "The joke really went over everyone's head. She knows what it's for that's why she's using specific vocabulary."

A different user joked: "Please tell me you wrote an Amazon review about the facial benefits for this product. That would make those review sections even better."

While someone else admitted they'd fallen for it, writing: "Not me falling for it and searching 'pulsing pore sucker' on Amazon."

A seventh person added: "The amount of people that don't think you know what this is for... mind-blowing!"
