We all have different struggles when it comes to our periods.
While some of us get cramps and have mood swings, others have a heavy flow and cravings.
And of course, there are the unfortunate few that experience all of the above.
But there is one thing that most women have suffered from at one point, and that's leaking.
If you're tired of stained clothes and sheets, we, or shall we say Alice Williams has a solution for you.
Alice suffered years of debilitating period pain with her endometriosis: blackouts, vomiting, days in bed.
So she went on to develop Noha, a device that instantly relieves painful period cramps. And now she's sharing advice, answering questions and debunking common sex myths on TikTok, where she's known as @alice.williams.ovira.

But one of her videos on how to prevent leakage during that time of the month has gone viral, with hundreds of thousands of people thanking her for sharing the tip.
In the video, Alice demonstrates where to put the pads so you don't leak. The first one is where you would normally put it and then the other the opposite way, at the back of the knickers, to further collect any blood.
She said: "Some people have super heavy flows and need more than an overnight pad.
"Place a pad on your panties like you normally would.
"Then get a second pad and place horizontally where your butt goes.
"This helps prevent leaks and collect more blood."
At the time of writing, after just one week of being live on TikTok, Alice’s video has racked up a whopping 16 million views.
It has been liked more than 840,000 times and received 15,700 comments from people who praised her for sharing the hack.
One person said: "Why did I never think of this? It makes so much sense."
Another wrote: "Omg learnt something new."
A third commented: "Not me thinking I was the only one who did this."
Someone else tagged their friend and said: "MY LIFE HAS BEEN CHANGED I WILL NEVER LEAK IN THE MORNINGS AGAIN."
