Woman shares discrete tip for fellow “big boobie” girls with low cut tops

When it comes to low-cut necklines, ladies with larger busts can find themselves experiencing a whole range of problems, not least the fear of your girls popping out all over the place.

However, there are ways to ensure you feel a bit more comfortable when slipping into that pretty new summery top.

Model, make-up artist, and hairstylist Harleigh Slaughter has now shared her “absolute best hack” for “big boobie” women wanting to wear low-cut dresses with confidence, according to Mirror Online.

In a TikTok video, Harleigh wore a blue spotted dress with a low neckline, demonstrating how - as a woman with larger breasts - such a cut can prove tricky. However, there is a very easy solution.

Harleigh, who goes by the username @HarleighSlaughter, said: “If you’ve got something low cut, and if you’re like me and - yeah boobies - this is the most annoying thing. When you can see the bra and it’s just too low cut.

“So, rather than having to sew it, a short-term solution is to grab an earring. I have a box of earrings where I’ve lost one and I’ve just got the one, and I’ve grabbed a black earring to put on the black dot there”.

Showing just how it was done, Harleigh positioned the earring, with the butterfly at the back, before fastening it, pulling her dress together in a flattering and above all discrete way.

As Harleigh put it, you wouldn’t even know the earring was there unless you were looking for it.

Followers have been impressed by the hack, with one person writing, “that’s actually pretty smart!” Another applauded, “Honestly this but with brooches!”

This comes after sustainability and DIY expert, The Crafterlife demonstrated what she declared to be a “permanent solution to a gaping neckline”, advising her followers to “find those annoying little ribbons that sit inside the garment and cut them out”.

The eco-friendly fashionista, who goes by the username @the_crafterlife, continued: “Then what you can do is carefully melt the edges so that they don’t fray, mark on the top where you want it to close, and then hand-stitch - or with a machine - the ribbons onto the inside, for a permanent solution to a gaping neckline”.
