One woman has shared an a mazing cleaning hack after struggling to clean her white trainers.
The savvy shopper revealed her genius 50p discovery and it requires absolutely no effort.
Posting in a popular Facebook cleaning group, Angela Marie King shared pictures of her sparking trainers.
She wrote: "After washing these constantly and not being able to get them back white, I was going to put them in the bin! Then I tried elbow grease and a dishwasher tablet.... they are like new! WOW!"
Confirming the exact process she'd followed, Angela directed: "Spray the Elbow Grease on and leave it to soak in for 10 minutes then pop them in the washing machine with your usual detergent and a dishwasher tablet."
The post quickly gained hundreds of comments from excited cleaning enthusiasts ready to try the hack out for themselves, the Manchester Evening News reports.
"I sprayed my grandson's trainers with elbow grease put them in pillow slip they were like new again," said one.
Another Facebook user added: "My other half did his white Air Force 1s last night used a toothbrush to scrub Pink Stuff on them then put them in washing machine with a dishwasher tablet and washing tablet and Fairy stain remover and they have also come up like new."
"Omg been trying to get mine back to white will have to do this this evening!" added another excited shopper.
