A woman was left screaming in horror after she said she discovered a mouldy mass resembling a sea creature inside a carton of Aldi almond milk.
Nikky Afo claims she was horrified when the grey blob flopped out the plant-based product.
She shared the vile discovery on TikTok leading some viewers to promise they will never become vegan.
The video, which has gone viral with 2.9million views and counting, started with the caption: "Aldi can you explain this?"
The woman's family can be heard howling in the background as cuts the almond milk carton to show the oyster-looking contents.
A voiceover says: "Aldi UK, we need answers. You will never believe what we found inside this almond milk carton."

She then points out the use-by date, which is February 11, 2022.
The woman says: "Look at this," holding the carton's lid which is covered with gross-looking grey and blue mould.
She continues: "I just opened this and I could tell that there is something lumpy inside it."
The woman explains how she can feel the blob sloshing in the packaging, before taking a pair of kitchen scissors to cut the carton open.
She adds: "Honestly, I always buy this milk but now I feel like throwing up everything I have had in the last year."
Her family then bursts into nervous giggles as she tells them: "It's not funny honestly!"
As the grotesque blob emerges, another woman shrieks and runs back from the now-open carton.
Nikky Afo also posted another video, showing the rank blob up close as she prods it with scissors.
In the video, a voiceover explains: "Aldi UK, we need answers.
"We bought this almond milk from the store and when my daughter wanted to make oats this is what she saw. It is still within the expiry date."

Social media users flocked to the comments to share their horror at the minging mouldy milk.
One said: "I thought it was an octopus."
Another jibed: "That's my ex."
One viewer vowed: "I'm eating cereal with water from now on."
One joked: "You got free lasagne with your almond milk. Be grateful!"
Another disgusted viewer said: "That's a whole sea creature."
And another user advised: "Don't go vegan my friends."
An Aldi spokesperson said: "We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are trying to contact the customer to discuss this matter and offer further assistance.
"Although rare, incidents like this can occasionally occur if the packaging is damaged at any point before the product is consumed, as the contents may be exposed to air."
