We're no experts when it comes to dating, but everyone knows there are certain no-nos when comes to being on a first date. You know, like talking about exes, or flirting with absolutely anyone except your date.
Sadly, it seems like one man wasn't aware of the latter - or, at least, he chose to ignore it - when he started outrageously flirting with the waitress who was serving him and his date.
In fact, things got so bad that his date, Emely S, took to TikTok to share her horrific experience, and even considered getting her own back on him.
Sharing from her account @hotpinksagittarius, Emely uploaded a clip of her date completely ignoring her while he chatted in-depth to the waitress while she looked incredibly fed up.
"My date is flirting with the waitress," she wrote. "It gets better. She starts flirting back all while I'm in the middle of them too."
Showing a clip of her date in full flirting action, Emely decided to get her own back, adding: "This is him I decided to go have him buy me drinks while I go flirt with guys at the bar."

Unsurprisingly, Emely was inundated with comments questioning her why she didn't just get up and leave on the spot.
"So, this wasn't our first time meeting, the first time we met was at a bar two days before," she explained in a follow up video. "I was in line alone and he came up and started talking to me and I was getting really friendly vibes from him."
Emely went on to explain that she gave the guy her number, but she was actually attracted to his friend, and she thought they would all be hanging out together as a group of friends.

"When he asked me to go and get drinks and dinner, I thought it was all of us, I thought we were all going to get dinner together," she continued. "But, when I realised it was just us two it was too late to back out and I thought okay he's nice, let me give him a chance."
Emely did, however, confirm that she didn't follow up on her threat to go and flirt with the bartender; instead she made friends with a woman in the restaurant, went home and then never spoke to him again.
"He hit me up a few days after, I just never responded and that's that," she explained, before going on to address trolls in the comments who suggested she must not have been interesting enough for him to talk to.
"For all of you saying that I'm not interesting enough, that I was boring this and that, that I'm not pretty enough, so why did he still hit me up later? I don't need any of that negativity here, see yourselves out," she said.
"And, now I'm dating someone new and he's such a gentleman." We do love a happy ending.
