A woman has been praised after giving a sassy reply when she was turned down for a 'physical job ' - because she wasn't ' strong enough '. Addressing her reply to 'Muscle Mark', applicant Charlotte wasn't pulling any punches and let the employer know how disappointed she was with his 'small-minded' email.
She shared screenshots of the rejection email she received and then her response, and won many fans on social media in the process. In the first email, Mark explained that unless Charlotte was a 'body builder' she 'will not be able to handle the word load'. Charlotte, from Australia, was offended - and soon she drafted the perfect reply.

The initial email from Mark read: "Good evening Charlotte. Thank you for your interest in the position and contacting me, the position is still open.
"However, unless you are a bodybuilder I fear that you will not be able to handle the workload, as it is very physical and demanding as we are a hard landscaping company.
"If you feel you are up for it then feel free to contact me on the number below."
Then Charlotte replied: "Hi Muscle Mark, thank you for your quick reply.
"Funnily enough, I probably have just as much experience in bodybuilding as you do, which I'm guessing is none.

"What I do have is years of experience landscaping and also building retaining walls in 40-degree heat as I did this for many years while I lived in Australia.
"I have looked into your company before sending this email and assure you that it would be no more challenging than the work I have completed before as it was to a much higher standard than the work I've seen your 'company' produce.
"However what I do find challenging is working with small-minded individuals such as yourself that I could probably bench press five minutes after being woken up from a three-year coma, therefore I am no longer interested in this position.
"I'm sure you will have no problem finding the correct individual at your next visit to the bodybuilding convention.
"King regards, Charlotte (AKA not the body builder)."
Soon the exchange went viral on Twitter and many social media users praised Charlotte for speaking out.
One said: "I've had similar before. Men wanting me to 'prove' I'm capable of doing my job just because I'm female, yet the 16-year-old boy fresh out of school just gets handed the same position without having to prove anything."
And another wrote: "Those of you saying she should've responded more professionally, I have one question for you - why? Why should she respond professionally to an employer that's not professional for a job she no longer wants?"
