Woman's pasta grazing board divides opinions as people brand it a 'crime'

Grazing boards have long been a host favourite - and for good reason.

Typically filled with cured meats, cheese, fruit, bread, crackers and dips, they're the perfect centrepiece for any get-together.

But one woman's unique take on the trend has left people baffled.

Home cook Karima thought it was a brilliant idea to serve huge portions of pasta on her kitchen side to skip out on the washing up.

After covering her table with foil, a hefty amount of pasta is poured on top.

She then loads on three different sauces - one of which appears to be a mushroom sauce, the next being a tomato sauce with slices of chicken, and finally a bolognese sauce, all of which end up merging together in a gloopy mess.

Karima shared the video on her TikTok, @karimaskollec, where she said: "Yesterday’s dinner with the girlies!", and it quickly went viral.

Since being posted, the video has racked up more than 843,000 views, 37,500 likes and hundreds of comments from people who couldn't decide it was genius or horrendous.

One person said: "Unnecessary."

Another asked: "Why not just put it in three big serving bowls, something classy?"

"But they're touching," complained someone else.

While a fourth wrote: "My OCD is triggered."

But some people were quick to defend the interesting method as one person put: "Uhh the comment section ain't it, they ain't watching the nacho/ loaded fry TikToks and it shows."

Another tagged their friend and said: "Now this is something that we need to do," as one person admitted: "My mouth is watering."

Previously, a man came under fire for his spaghetti and hot dog pasta dish.

The man posted the recipe on the Rate My Plate group on Facebook where users quickly gave their opinion - and some went as far as to say that "Bear Grylls wouldn't eat that."

In the picture was a bowl filled with plain spaghetti pasta that had been threaded through cut up pieces of hot dog.
