A woman whose parents' windows were "battered by eggs" on Mischief Night has issued a message to her window cleaners.
The ECHO has received reports of a number of cars and houses in and around Maghull being targeted by youths throwing eggs, flour and even baked beans.
Posting in a Maghull community group on Facebook, one woman said her parents' home was covered in eggs.

She wrote: "Thanks so much to Purotek Window Cleaning for coming to clean my parents' upstairs windows after their house being battered by eggs.
"Such a kind gesture.
"Anyone needing a window cleaner, [he is a] lovely man. Highly recommended."
Just before midnight on Saturday, Purotek Window Cleaning posted: "For anyone in our community who has had eggs thrown at their windows this evening please message us and we will come and clean them for free tomorrow, 31st October."
The post has been liked hundreds of times.
One man wrote: "Purotek not long finished cleaning our upstairs window, two separate attacks within a couple of hours of each one.
"We know who they are but we are loathe to tackle them as we're both pensioners and feel there will be retaliation if we do.
"Purotek refused any payment and suggested a donation to Owen Copland. Felt humbled by his gesture."
A woman wrote: "Heroes don’t always wear capes. They sometimes turn up with water and cleaning utensils.
"Well done."
Another said: "What an uplifting thing to post. Good on you."
A third wrote: "Wish I had seen this post last night, spent ages cleaning bag of flour and eggs off the car.
"I can assure you if I had found my daughter doing this when she was young it wouldn't be a good hearted local company offering to clean up, I personally would have dragged her to each house and made her clean it up and apologise."
