Woman's lucky escape as video shows her dodge train milliseconds before it was about to plough through her legs

An eerie video showing a woman barely scarper out of a train's path has been released as a warning to passengers to stand behind the yellow line.

Irish Rail is telling passengers to stay away from the platform's edges or it "could be your final resting place".

The company uploaded a video showing a woman with her legs dangling over a platform.

A train then approaches and at the last second she notices and manages to jump out of the way.

Had she not seen the situation could have been horrific as her legs would have been caught between the carriages and concrete.

A message then comes up saying: "Always stay behind the yellow line. Stay safe at the station #always safe."
