A woman whose view is dwarfed by giant tanks at the bottom of her garden has described how the whole house "shakes" during their demolition.
Flying metal is also landing in the property from the claw of the demolition machine tearing down the giant structures in Wallasey.
Kate Tapp, 40, who lives at the rented property in Limekiln Lane with husband Bryan, said: "We've got three tanks at the bottom of our garden. The noise from the demolition is actually making the house shake, along with the mess caused all over the garden.

"There has been no communication from the company about what the work they're doing, which starts early in the morning. The tanks are about 10 steps away from my back door. It's nerve-wracking."
The tanks have been local landmarks for many years and belong to UM Terminals. The company offers multiple storage solutions, including heated and non-heated tanks, at their Wallasey site.
So far they have removed one of the larger tanks and plans to take down two further smaller tanks which are out of service. The remainder of the site will continue to operate as normal storing bulk liquids for customers.
A spokesperson for UM Terminals said: "The works will be completed by the end of next week and for several residents their views will be considerably enhanced. The remainder of the site will remain fully operational for the storage of bulk liquids."
