Woman's gym outfit baffles people as they think that she has 'no pants on'

Choosing an outfit for the gym can sometimes take longer than the time you actually spend working out. It can be a lengthy task of searching through your drawers to find an ideal matching sets - often dependant on what part of the body you're exercising.

However, a woman was left mortified after people claimed that the gym-goer appeared to be wearing 'no bottoms' during her work out. Bethy Red - who boasts more than 390,000 followers on the TikTok account @bethyred - took to the popular video-streaming platform to question whether her get-up was appropriate and she received mixed responses.

Beth originally shared a video of her squat routine - none the wiser to the conversation that her leggings would spark.

The gym lover - who opted for a pair of nude toned-leggings while working out her glutes - encouraged people to list assumptions about herself.

However, they took to the comment section to discuss another matter entirely.

While Beth looked chic in the stylish look, the outfit sparked a thread of responses.

One person started: "I don't have an assumption but please choose another colour for pants."

A second wrote: "You're doing a great job but maybe don't wear that colour pants."

"Bad colour for pants but you look super strong!" A third agreed.

Beth responded with a video to the comment 'Girl if your shirt wasn't up, I would've sworn you had no pants on', which has since raked in over 11.6 million views since posting.

Captioning the post aside a clip of her doing squats in the same get-up, she questioned: "It's not that bad... Is It?"

Beth's question sparked an array of responses with several people agreeing with the original assumption.

"Gurlll I was about to scream at first," one person penned beside two crying emojis.

A second agreed: "IT IS that bad!"

Beth replied assuring: "It's not that bad in person."

A different user wrote beside two crying emojis: "It took me a long minute to realize u were wearing pants."
