Enduring a bad haircut can be irritating, but it's not the worst thing in the world. After all, hair grows back and most haircut mistakes can be fixed with a little bit of patience.
But if you've forked out almost £700 for your hair, you want it to look perfect when you leave the hairdresser's, right?
Well, that's what one woman on TikTok believed too before she handed over the staggering sum in exchange for a full head of extensions - and left with wonky and uneven layers that looked patchy and thin.
Amber, who is from the US, shared pictures of her disastrous salon experience online when she revealed she paid $900 (£685) for her hair extensions and "never got her money back" even after seeing how much she hated the results.

In the video, which was posted to her @amberr.navee account, she explained: "The time I spent $900 on hair extensions and left the salon like this...
"Also to add the cherry on top, I never got my money back."
She then showed the picture of her hair from the back, which showed two distinctly different lengths of blonde locks which gave her blunt layers that were nowhere near being blended together.
Amber's video has racked up over 223,000 views since it was posted last week, and commenters have told her she should have demanded a refund - or better yet, not paid in the first place.
One person said: "I would not have paid for that, absolutely no way."
While another added: "Jokes on you though because you actually paid for it."
"I really hope you got a refund", a third stated.
Other commenters took to the video to share their own experiences with hairstyle disasters.
Someone wrote: "Girl I paid $1000 (£760) and they gave me blonde hair in my dark brown hair. I had to cancel my credit card for my money back."
As someone else posted: "Me too girl. My hair was blue and she put in green extensions. And they fell out a few days later."
