A woman has revealed the simple trick she used to ‘cure’ her insomnia and thousands of people want to try it.
Many of us know the struggle of insomnia far too well, often spending the night tossing and turning.
Thankfully, a psychology graduate-slash-TikTok user has shared the life-changing hack she uses to fall asleep in just five minutes, reports the Mirror.
@psychologee shares study hacks like how to ‘drastically improve your memory for exams’ and interesting psychology facts, but it's her tip to get to sleep in record time that has everyone talking.
In the video, which has been viewed more than 3.7 million times, the woman said: "My psychology professor told me this trick to fall asleep in five minutes.

The trick is simple - all you need to do is start listing things in your head, but you must ensure that they aren’t directly related.
A few of her examples included potatoes, Tarzan and a violin.
Since being posted, the video has been liked 565,000 times and has received almost 4,000 comments from impressed viewers who were eager to give it a try.
One person wrote: "HE SAID BORE YOURSELF TO SLEEP LMAO."
Another wrote: "The harder you try to fall asleep, the harder it is so if you're concentrating on random things you'll fall asleep faster."
