Woman's embarrassing Magaluf tattoo fail after she has to stop half way through because of the pain

It was supposed to be a touching tattoo tribute to her dad, one he might have been pleased to see.

But it all went a bit pear shaped for Lauryn Bowie when the pain of having the tattoo done proved a little too much for her to deal with.

To make matters worse, her dad then shared a picture of the half-finished work on Twitter.

Lauryn Bowie, was on holiday in Magaluf and wanted to get a ‘Bits’n’Pieces’ tattoo on her foot as a nod to her DJ dad George Bowie - the name of one of his hit singles.

Unfortunately, the pain was too much and she had to ask the tattooist to stop halfway through, leaving her with the word ‘Bits’ just below her ankle.

Sharing hilarious photographic evidence of the blunder, George wrote: “So my daughter, who’s in Maga with 60 mates, decides to get Bits and Pieces tattooed on her foot as a tribute to her Dad.

“But it was too sore, so she got the buy to stop halfway through and this is what she’s left with.”

George’s tweet has already gone down well with fans.

One said: “Sorry George but that’s hilarious.”

Another wrote: “Oh good god what is she like?”

A third wrote: “At least she knows what goes on her feet!”

Some also offered some brilliant suggestions to resolve the problem.

One wrote: “Pieces on the other foot”.

Another replied: “Somebody photoshop a piece under that.”
