The body of a woman was found in a property in Forres, Moray, on Saturday morning.
Emergency services rushed to the scene on Logie Terrace after the alarm was raised at 4.20am yesterday morning.
Police discovered the 27-year-old inside of the property.
Her death is not being treated as suspicious.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were called around 4.20am on Saturday, 18 July, 2020 to a property on Logie Terrace, Forres, following the sudden death of a 27-year-old woman.
"We can now confirm the death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
