A woman was rushed to hospital last night after falling from a window in Dennistoun

Emergency services raced to the scene at Whitehill Place in Glasgow's east end shortly after 9pm last night.

The 25-year-old is current at Glasgow Royal Infirmary hospital where her condition is described as stable.

Police have now launched an investigation following the incident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed: "Around 9.10pm on Saturday 3 October 2020, police were called to a report of a woman having fallen from a window in Whitehill Place, Glasgow.

"Emergency services attended and a 25 year old woman was taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.

"Medical staff describe her condition as stable and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident."
