Woman rushed to hospital after falling from flat window in Glasgow

A woman has been hospitalised after falling from a flat window in Glasgow.

Emergency services rushed to the scene on Tennyson Drive, Parkhead, around 12.30pm on Sunday May 10.

The 30-year-old was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.

Her condition is unknown at this time.

Officers have since launched a probe into the incident.

A Police Scotland  spokesperson said: "Around 12.30pm on Sunday, 10 May, 2020, officers were called to a report of a 30-year-old woman having fallen from the window of a flat in Tennyson Drive, Glasgow.

"The woman has been taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital by the Scottish Ambulance Service.

"Enquiries are at an early stage to establish the full circumstances."
