A woman was taken to hospital after a car smashed into a church in Salford.
Emergency services were called to the crash in Pendleton Way, near to Salford Shopping Centre, shortly before 8.40am today (Friday, September 24).
A woman in her 20s was taken to hospital with back injuries.

The extent of her injuries is not yet known.
Pictures from the scene show a light blue Honda embedded in a wall at the rear of St James & All Souls RC Parish Church.
Police and firefighters remained at the scene outside the entrance to a Tesco Extra store for several hours.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: “At approximately 8.45am on Friday, 24 th September, firefighters were called to reports of a road traffic collision on Pendleton Way, in Salford.

“One fire engine from Salford station quickly arrived to the scene. The collision involved one car which collided with the wall of a church.
"Firefighters worked to make the scene safe and were in attendance for approximately two hours and 15 minutes.”
A spokesperson for North West Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 8.37am to reports of a collision involving one vehicle.
"We sent a response vehicle and ambulance to the scene and treated a female patient in her 20s for injuries to her back. We took her to hospital."
Greater Manchester Police has been approached for comment.
