A city centre road remains closed after a pedestrian was hit by a bus on Trongate near to Stockwell Street this afternoon.
The incident prompted a large number of emergency crews who scrambled to the scene around 2.10pm on Wednesday, January 11.
Police Scotland remain at the scene while firefighters and paramedics have now left.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Emergency services attended and the woman has been taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment. No details on her condition or injury.
"No one from the bus was injured."
Trongate, between Glassford Street and High Street, is closed until further notice and local diversions are in place. The road is expected to be opened shortly.
