Woman raped in Clydebank flat as police seal off residential street

Police are investigating the rape of a woman in a flat in Clydebank .

The 28-year-old was seriously sexually assaulted at an address on Burns Street, at around 3am, on Sunday April 29.

Officers taped off the area in the residential street in West Dunbartonshire.

Man left in serious condition in hospital after late night attack in Shotts

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Around 3am on Sunday, April 28 police received a report of a 28-year-old woman being seriously sexually assaulted in Burns St, Clydebank.

"Enquiries are ongoing."

Police remain at the scene.
