A woman has been rushed to hospital after a car crash on Crookston Road .
Emergency services rushed to the scene on the A736 at around 8.30am this morning.
As reported earlier on Glasgow Live, the accident occurred between Brockburn Road and A761 Paisley Road West.
Police confirmed that two cars were involved in the incident and that one woman was hospitalised following the crash.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland added: "As yet, we have no details of injuries sustained."
The road was closed in both directions at the height of the incident but has now reopened.
