West Belfast police have put out an appeal for witnesses after a woman was attacked while out with her young child who she was pushing in a pram.
It was reported that during the incident, which happened at Monagh Crescent on Sunday, March 5 at around 8.40pm, a woman was assaulted by a man and had her purse stolen, Belfast Live reports.
In a statement, a PSNI spokesperson explained that the man was described as wearing a black tracksuit, a hat and a scarf covering his face and was of a slim build.

"The woman did not require medical attention following the incident but was left badly shaken," it was added in the statement.
"Officers would ask anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area on Sunday evening, or anyone in the area with CCTV or doorbell footage which could be of assistance to their investigation, to contact them at Woodbourne station on 101, quoting reference number 1671 05/03/23.
