A woman pushed a priest from the stage as he gave a mass to a packed congregation.
Father Marcelo Rossi was conducting a Mass in Cachoeira, Brazil, when the woman dressed in jeans and a white t-shirt ran onto the stage and shoved him forwards.
The priest can be seen tumbling from the stage as his fellow clergymen in the background watch on in disbelief.
It's understood the 32-year-old woman managed to break through security and storm the stage at around 2:50pm on Sunday, July 14.
Father Rossi did not receive any injuries in the fall and decided not to press charges.
He returned to conducting the mass just a few minutes later after being seen by medics.
The woman was detained by Military Police, according to globo.com .
Police said she was aged 32 and had travelled to the celebration mass from Rio de Janeiro.
Father Rossi said: "Rest assured, just a couple of pains, you did not break anything."
It's understood the woman was released shortly after the incident.
