A 21-year-old woman was punched in the head and had her dress ripped off in an assault in Lower Parliament Street.

She was assaulted by two women at the junction with Clumber Street at around 4.50am on Saturday, June 1.

Police officers investigating the incident are looking to speak to two women described as black, one had pink hair and the other was wearing a red top.

A Nottinghamshire Police spokesperson said: "We would like to speak to the women pictured on CCTV in connection with the assault as they may have information that could help the enquiry.

"Anyone who recognises the women, or has any information, is urged to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 133 of 1 June 2019 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
