A woman was full of praise for a group of children who she says were 'brought up right'.
The lady, from Fingerpost, St Helens, had been out and returned home to find a group of children outside her home who said they had found £10 outside her home and posted it back through her letterbox for her. The woman's daughter took to Facebook to share the act of kindness in an effort the find the children's parents - who she says 'brought them up right'.
In her post she said: "I don’t know if this will get to the parents on here but there were four kids outside my mums in Fingerpost about half an hour ago and you should be so proud of them! My mum thought she lost some money earlier and when she got home these kids said they found £10 outside her house and posted it through her letterbox. My mum gave them a £1 each for their honesty and I tell you what whoever you are you’ve brought your kids up right. They were lovely."

Many in the comments were happy to hear of the story - claiming the good side of our young people is rarely noted. One comment said: "You know its like everything else you always hear the worst. Let's celebrate our children and youths.
"Post good things only for a while about them being like this lovely lady has about how kids helped her mum."
While another added: "What a lovely post to read. The percentage of bad kids get all the attention and press. Well done to these wonderful kids for showing not all the young people are bad "
