When we have an operation, sometimes it leaves an unsightly scar.
Trying to hide it can take a long time with the scar never fully going away.
Well, one woman claims to have found the answer in a cream she bought for just £1 from her local Poundland store, reports the Mirror.
A woman named Suzanne has revealed how the Beautifully Scrumptious Aloe Vera Body Butter she purchased from the high street discount store has totally transformed the scar she was left with after having surgery on her knee.
Posting on Facebook in the Poundland Appreciation Society group, Suzanne explained how after using the cream for seven weeks following surgery, her scar had massively reduced.
And the before and after photos are incredible!
She wrote: "Seven weeks of using this brilliant stuff on my replacement knee surgery!! Can't recommend it enough!!!"
Her post garnered a lot of attention, with many fellow Facebook users saying they would give the stuff a go.
One person commented: "Wow that is amazing. I split my knee open so will have to see if I can get some, thanks for posting."
Another said: "That's an impressive scar and some impressive healing! Hope you're doing well! And thanks for the recommendation, I'll tell my brother to use it on his surgery scar."
