Woman on Rosemoor porch wounded in drive-by

A woman was hurt June 16, 2019, when she was shot in the 10500 block of South Edbrooke Avenue.

A 23-year-old woman was shot in the finger Sunday in Rosemoor on the South Side.

She was on a porch with a group of people about 1:18 a.m. in the 10500 block of South Edbrooke Avenue when someone in a passing gray vehicle opened fire, Chicago police said.

The woman refused medical treatment, police said. Officials don’t know if she was the intended target.

No one is in custody as Area South detectives investigate.
