Woman missing from South Shore

Police are looking for a 57-year-old woman who has been missing for more than a week from South Shore.

Cornelia Garrett, who also goes by “Renee,” was last seen Feb. 20 near the 7200 block of South Yates Boulevard, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police.

Garrett is a 5-foot-8, 230-pound woman with brown eyes and black hair, police said. Authorities said she has bipolar disorder.

Anyone with information is asked to call Area Central detectives at 312-747-8380.
