Woman left red-faced after displaying an 'embarrassing' message on her tote bag

A woman was left mortified after discovering that a message on her tote bag looked very different from what was intended.

Edan McGovern, from Australia, shared a video of the embarrassing mistake she only discovered after using the bag.

On the side, it says: 'Stop being racist!' in capital letters, but Edan noticed that most of the text was covered by her arm when she kept it under her arm.

A video she shared on TikTok describing the moment she noticed has been viewed more than one million times.

In the viral clip, Edan shows off the full message on the bag, before covering part of it with her arm.

The caption said: "Girl I live in like, the most progressive part of my city too."

She says: "So my mum got me this, it's a cool bag, I believe in it.

"Who was going to tell me that I was walking around like this? Just like...what do you mean?"

The video has racked up 174,900 likes on TikTok since being uploaded.

One person commented: "The exclamation point really adds something."

Another reassured her, replying: "It's ok, it looks like you're yelling it at people."

A third advised: "Sis, that bag is to be held in the hand only, never slung over the shoulder."

A fourth commented: "LMAOOOOO oh NO, that's embarrassing."

Meanwhile, one man left people in tears after catching a heartwarming moment on camera.

Joey Cadwallader's doorbell camera captured his pizza delivery driver's emotional apology after accidentally ringing the doorbell.

A sign on the door politely asked drivers to not ring it because their baby was sleeping.

The video, which has been viewed more than three million times, shows the driver immediately covering his mouth in horror and apologising.

He can be heard saying "I'm sorry" before clutching at his head in horror and walking away from the camera.

On TikTok, Joey said the couple went outside and reassured the driver that it was fine, adding: "Poor dude beat himself up."

One person commented: "He's so wholesome and you can tell he's a  good person.
