Woman left in fits of laughter as store 'maliciously' follows instructions for sandwich order

When you are strapped for time, supermarket catering can really be a godsend.

If you are throwing a get together or party, it can be much easier to rely on professionals to sort you out.

However, one woman's attempt to order a range of sandwiches from a supermarket did not go to plan, leaving people in stitches, reports The Mirror.

Something was clearly lost in translation during the order, as when the sandwiches arrived it became apparent there was a big mistake.

TikTok user Ashlin @ashlinm92 left people in hysterics after revealing what she'd ordered, and what she'd received in its place.

She had asked for half of the sandwiches to be made with wholemeal bread, while the rest were made with white bread.

Instead, the employee made each sandwich with one slice of white bread and another wholemeal, leaving her in hysterics.

Ashlin shared the video on TikTok where it racked up more than one million views and thousands of comments.

One viewer joked: "I wouldn't even be upset. I'd be more confused as to how whoever made this tray came to this conclusion when they read 'half white, half wheat.'

Another joked: "Whoever made it was probably like 'weird request but okay," alongside a laughing crying emoji.

"We asked for an assortment of turkey, ham and roast beef sandwiches. They took that as put all of them on the same sandwich," added a third.

"It's malicious in its compliance," joked another. "You got exactly what you asked for. The only option is to separate every sandwich and work some magic."
