Woman leaves social media stunned as she doesn't stop builders who turn up at 'wrong house' in viral TikTok clip

A homeowner on TikTok has filmed the moment a group of builders turned up at her home and started renovating her back garden - but claims that she didn't request any work to be done.

The viral clips have been viewed a massive 30 million times so far - with thousands of comments across the mini-series of uploads.

Chloe Fountainn uploaded the first clip of the incident on Sunday.

She said she had been relaxing at home when the work men showed up with a huge truck filled with rocks.

Most people would tell the builders they were at the wrong house and probably point them in the right direction.

Not Chloe though, who kept schtum.

Taking to TikTok again on Monday, Chloe shared a series of clips, from the moment the work men turned up, to them ripping up decking.

Still, she maintains she has no idea what they're doing but she's up for the surprise.

"You've got the wrong house! You have the wrong house! Oh no, you have the wrong house," Chloe can be heard saying from behind her closed door, as the work men drop huge mounds of stone onto her back yard, adding: "This is a big mess up."

In a follow up clip, Chloe added: "Well, they're at the wrong house but I'm not going to stop them because I'd love to have free concrete - or a deck, whatever they're building. I'll let you know in part three how it looks."

In part three, the TikToker confessed she had no plans to tell the builders she had not ordered the work, until whatever they were doing was complete.

"Okay, so they're here now, but obviously they're not finished and there's no way I'm telling them about it," she said.

"I'm going to tell them when they're done. I want whatever they're doing down, and then I'm going to be, like, 'Wrong house!'"

In a fourth video, Chloe doubled down on the idea that she had no idea what the builders were actually doing with the garden, but explained that it looks as though it will be concrete or a deck.

However, not everyone on TikTok believed Chloe, and many people have pointed out that not paying for the work would constitute theft.

"Sorry to tell you that what you're doing is illegal because you could've stopped them before it happened," one user commented.

Meanwhile, another added: "The fact that y'all believe this is real is hilarious..."

In the comments section Chloe later clarified that she was happy to pay for the work as she's wanted a new decking.

It's sure to be an interesting couple of days for her anyway!
