A Missguided customer's unfortunate experience ordering a dress from the fashion brand has left people in stitches.
Kiara James told how she ordered a dress for her boyfriend's birthday from the company - only to be left disappointed.
In a video on TikTok, she detailed her experience in a video which has racked up nearly 70,000 views.
At the beginning of the clip, she explains that she's been up since 4.45am and is exhausted.
She said: "I've just got home to what I thought was my Missguided parcel. It ain't mine, it ain't.."
She then shows a screengrab of what she ordered - a pretty purple frock with short sleeves.
Kiara adds: "Look at that, look at that. It's my boyfriend's birthday and we're going to Miller & Carter.
"I was going to be the f****** meal on that table, not the steak.
"It was going to be me."
But disaster struck - after the incorrect dress arrived.
Kiara continues: "I see this happen to people all the time but I never thought it would happen to me."
She then holds up a black shirt dress in a size small - not exactly suitable for a 5ft11 woman.
The TikTok user then models the dress - which looks extremely different.
Kiara jokes: "I'm sorry, I'm basically naked. What the f*** is this?"
Her video was well received on TikTok as it left people in stitches.
One woman commented: "I love how dramatic this is."
Another added: "Sounds exactly like Gemma Collins."
A third added: "Literally made my night."
Meanwhile one woman's post on Instagram went viral after she failed to notice a key detail.
Connie White, from Falkirk, Scotland, attracted a lot of hilarious comments for posting a photograph of her wearing a red dress in front of a mirror.
The reflection of her ankle and feet left people looking at the pic again to make sure there wasn't something far more inappropriate hanging from her dress.
