A woman was caught on camera launching vicious verbal abuse at an 11-year-old boy sat on a bus.
The shocking incident occurred yesterday (January 25) on the Arriva 61a bus on Long Lane in Fazakerley.
In the video clip, which is filmed facing down towards the floor, a woman can be heard shouting and swearing in front of a bus-full of children.

The ECHO understands the barrage of swearing is directed at an 11-year-old boy.
In the video the woman can be heard telling the boy to "shut the f**k up" before calling him "a ginger little t**t."
Today the boy's mum, who does not want to be named, told the ECHO she was furious when she was told about the incident by her son who didn't want to return back to school.
The 29-year-old mum from Norris Green said: "My first thought when I heard about it and saw the video was I was just so angry.
"You don't expect an adult to go on the bus and verbally assault and threaten your son.
"He came back really upset so the school rang me and said there had been an incident.
"He showed me the video his friend had taken - it's pointed at the floor because they were scared of how aggressive she was being.
"You can hear how aggressive she is in the footage.
"The bus driver didn't do anything.
"An elder child from the school tried to help and she then verbally abused him."
An Arriva spokesperson told the ECHO today: “We are aware of an incident that occurred whilst our bus was boarding passengers outside Archbishop Beck school yesterday.
"Our driver was not aware of the incident due to increased passenger boarding levels at the time.
"CCTV has been downloaded and will be safely stored for review, should the customer wish for further police investigation into the incident."
The boy's mum added he had been "quieter than usual" since the incident - and didn't want to return to school today.
She said: "He didn't want to go in this morning as the woman threatened to have his head kicked in.
"He did end up going but really didn't want to go.
"I've been told the police have been contacted about it and are looking into it now."
An Archbishop Beck School spokesperson told the ECHO : “We are aware of this incident and are working closely with our school’s police liaison officer.
"The safety of students is our top priority.”
