A woman was killed in a late night crash on Friday.
Gardai were called to the scene of the single vehicle collision, which happened at around 11.30pm on December 27 at Drumfad Lower, Portsalon, Co Donegal.
The driver, a woman in her mid 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
She was removed to Letterkenny University Hospital, where a post mortem examination has been scheduled to take place at a later date.
A man in his mid 20s was also taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries, gardai said.
The road has been closed for an examination by a Garda forensic team. Local diversions have been put in place.
A Garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information, particularly any road users who may have camera footage travelling on the Kerrykeel to Portsalon road (R246) at approximately 11.30pm on Friday 27th December 2019, to come forward.
