Police said a woman was killed in a shooting in the 4200 block of South Wells Street, July 5, 2019, in Fuller Park.
A 22-year-old woman was killed in a shooting Friday in Fuller Park on the South Side, police said.
She was on the street about 2:55 a.m. in the 4200 block of South Wells Street when a male produced a handgun and unleashed gunfire, Chicago police said.
The woman was struck in the head and was pronounced dead on the scene, police said. The Cook County medical examiner’s office hasn’t released details on her death.
